  • Cirrus Wholesale Partners generate income by purchasing wireless Ethernet services from Cirrus at discounted prices, and applying their own margins to derive income
  • Wholesale Partners are responsible for pre-sales, billing, Level 1 and Level 2 NOC support, account management and customer support. Cirrus is responsible for the installation and Level 3 NOC support. Wholesale Partners may re-brand, productise and market Cirrus products independently  from the Cirrus brand.

  • Providing around the clock 3rd level support

  • Cirrus Resellers are responsible for pre-sales, and Cirrus is responsible for provisioning, billing, NOC support and customer service.
  • Cirrus manages the contractual relationship with the end-customer; however the customer invoice is co-branded with the Reseller's logo
  • The Reseller always own their customers
