Cirrus provides wireless hotspot functionality in many hotels and motels across Australia. Cirrus either implements the functionality as a "managed service" or on a fee-for service basis.
For the managed service, Cirrus will install the service, then operate and support the service. We simply provide you a portion of the revenues obtained.
Alternatively, Cirrus can deliver you a turn-key solution and train you on how to operate it.
What does Cirrus provide in its "managed service"?
- Cirrus will design a wireless network to provide coverage to all necessary parts of the property
- Cirrus will provision a broadband connection into the property
- Cirrus will install and test the wireless network
- Cirrus will implement the billing system
- Cirrus will provide sales collateral for your rooms
- Cirrus will provide phone support for your customers
- Cirrus will bill your customers
- Cirrus will remit a portion of all revenue to you
What do you provide?
- Depending on the nature of the property, Cirrus may require a payment for the network. This payment will have a bearing on the revenue sharing ratios.
